OK we are making the switch from SLGS to TR! Nervous but excited!
I am planning to increase his dose from .5 to .75 at PM shot.
Or do I start with the TR starting dose?

Go ahead to 0.75 units tonight. The TR starting dose is only if you aren't giving insulin yet.

How should I notate the change on my SS?

You can change it in two places. At the top of the spreadsheet under dosing method and also in your signature.

Neko sure loved her boxes and bags.
