Yesterday overnight, there was decent sleep. And a +12 nadir.

Today, not sure what the higher numbers (the 106 at least) are about this cycle, which is cycle 5 of 1.25u.

I'm grateful for all of her time in the lagoon. But gosh I sure wish she'd stay higher greens so I could try to get some sleep tonight. 65 isn't high enough and it is only +3ish. What if she goes lower? On the other hand, she could stay flat. But I have no way of knowing unless I stay up to test....so....guess I'm staying up.
