Disorientation
Trouble with vision... bumps into furniture
Poor coordination, such as staggering, walking in circles or acting drunk
Changes in head or neck movements
Restlessness
Urgent meowing
Behavioral changes, such as aggressiveness

SEVERE HYPOGLYCEMIA
Convulsions or seizures
Unconsciousness​

Feed Blue a teaspoon of medium carb with some extra squeezed gravy and test again in 20 mins.

Once you've done that, please can you let me know what local time it was when you gave the insulin dose this morning.

That's a big drop considering all the carbs Blue has had. I'd go with the HC 33% + more than a drop of honey.

He has always but he won't finish his food now. He did eat a little and had some honey but not finishing his food. No throwing it up.

I haven't had a lot of luck doing that but I do have a syringe of karo syrup the vet gave me.

Do you have a few cans of the 33% carb food, Patty? If yes, while you're waiting for the next test time to come around maybe try to squeeze out the gravy from another can. It might be easier for Blue to get down at the moment. Also, you could give it with a syringe if needed.

If you don't have any more cans of the 33% try squeezing out the gravy from a can of the highest MC you've got.

Do you have any Temptations treats in the house?

I only have the one can of 33% but it's a 5 oz. and I do have temptations treats. He's 57 now.

Try offering him more of the HC 33% with gravy and honey, Patty. If he won't eat all of it, offer him 6-8 Temptations treats.

Let me know immediately if he won't eat anything. If he eats OK, let me know what you gave him (for the SITREP) and test Blue again in 20 minutes.

He ate a mix of the 33% and some gravy off the FF cheddar meal. He doesn't like the 33% because he left some. It's SD prescription I had left over but it's high in carbs.

When you have time look this list over. The ones at the top are highest carbs. Soulistic Harvest Sunrise chicken and pumpkin in gravy 21%. Hills Science diet tender tuna 32.6%. Its more recently updated.
