Morning,
I'm already behind. I overslept. I stayed up late to get a reading on Blue and all I wanted to do was go to sleep. I guess I was really tired.

He was high last night. This AMPS is 407 so I feel better and gave him his new dose of .75 so we will see in a few hours.

I keep forgetting to hit the button below for posting a message and have lost 2. :banghead:

You do not want to know how many times I've done that, Patty. Another favourite of mine is to type a message then hit the link back to the board index instead of clicking on 'Post Reply'. I come back to check on the thread a few hours later to find the unposted message still sitting there.

What was your local time when you gave the dose? Also, am I right that your time zone is Eastern Daylight Time? (Just trying to get my head round when your tests will be due relative to BST as the day goes along.)

He's at 236 and eating again. He's been starving all day! I haven't been supplementing with the dry so maybe that's why. He likes his dry food snacks! I was just trying to figure out if he could go without.

Maybe. There is so much interplay between the food and the insulin.

FD is a bit of a voyage of discovery. Keeping notes in the 'Remarks' column about food, meds, litter box habits, etc., can often help you to identify patterns. At the moment you're at the 'Learn Thy Cat' stage of the sugar dance. :)

How I wish there wasn’t a need to test. We go through the high lows and in between with them. We all want a speedy fix and some lucky people get it. For most it’s a marathon. Hang in there Patty. The new dose can take several cycles to show what it will do.

Possible hairball? That’s been the cause with my two.
looks like the wonkiness might be ending.
