Paola, after you post the next BG result and the time, please do the following:

1. Print out the info at the following links IMMEDIATELY:

How to Treat Hypos

Hypo Toolkit

Prioritise the first one.

I'm asking you to do this purely as a precaution. The FDMB server has been glitching a bit today and I want to make sure that you have this information available at home just in case there might be a delay in replying to your messages should the server hiccup again.

2. Food information we need:

Please post the varieties (flavours) of the Blue Buffalo food you still have at home (both the wet and the dry versions) so that we can check their carb content.

I had already printed the first on and it is on my fridge.
I bought the item for the Hypo tool kit this morning. I have every single thing. I bought it when I got the meter.

Food information:
WET: They were eating the Blue Buffalo Tuna Meaty Morsels in Gravy, https://www.petsmart.ca/cat/food-an...-wet-cat-food---natural-grain-free-48991.html , BB Basics Fish and Potato entry, BB Basics Duck and Potato Entry

DRY: https://www.petsmart.ca/featured-br...lt-cat-food---chicken-54090.html?cgid=5000028

Yes (secondary to PTSD).

.
I am sorry to hear :(
He’s down to 115. I saw the ss before you posted it. Good he ate. You will need to test in an hour. I had problems connecting this morning and earlier tonight. If I can’t get on you have your notes from today. Once he stops dropping you will need two tests an hour apart without food before you go to sleep. I’m hopeful the connection will be good but just in case any questions?
I am ok with all of that, I understand. I will follow the notes from today. No questions (fingers crossed)

He ate a few more treats...I brushed him, he let me try again, but I couldnt get any blood. I am the one failing here not, him, he actually tried to wait for me to be finished. But he did eat a few more treats at least. Now he was interested in following a little spider

I can't do this right now, there's no blood coming out! He is getting tired of me poking...I am not this right, I don't know why I can't this time. I did it before...

Relax for a little while. Are you warming his ear really well before poking? If you think it's warm enough, continue heating it for another 15-30 seconds.

As you poke more and more, new capillaries will grow into the area to "heal the injury" and it'll get easier and easier. A little Neosporin with pain relief ointment (not cream) can help those little pokie holes heal faster too.

See that pretty white cat over to the left? She was tested over 16,000 times and I'll bet you can't tell by looking at her ears!

Tomorrow, you really need to start a new thread...this one's over 200 posts and getting a little too long for anybody to keep up with what's going on.

That’s good. One of mind loves to be brushed which is why I suggested that. I have a zoom groom. One of those rubber things with spikes. All I have to do us open the drawer and she comes running. Her sister just wants to bite it.

Yes I have that too and they absolutely love it, I am giving it a little break. I turned off the light so he can chill without me hovering over him
