Walter dropped to 52 at PMPS+8 ; is now at 242 +11. When it’s time for his AM shot, should I decrease/ skip?He just vomited some of the food he ate a few hrs ago

Ok—thanks. His numbers have decreased over the last few cycles (which is good) but he can be so erratic that it’s making me a little anxious— especially since I’m not here during the day. With TR, you don't decrease unless the numbers drop below 50. You'll want to hold the current dose.
I have a feeder —he sometimes doesn’t think to go to it.I think there's more than a good chance that Walter will bounce off of the 52 from last night.
Do you have a timed feeder? It helped me feel better about Gabby's numbers when I was at work.
I thought that was the case as well.Hi Zelda, since you are using the AT2 meter, you should decrease the dose when you see a number under 68.
No advice here, just sending support. I also have a guy whose numbers are pretty erratic, but that's also because *I* tend to freak out! heeheeOk—thanks. I'm also away all day and it is truly nerve wracking thinking about our little sugar butts at home . . .

No problem! I should switch to a human meter but I have quite a few test strips for the AT. Maybe when I run out I'll make the change.I'm sorry. I missed that you were using an AT meter.
Good catch , Christie!Hi Zelda, since you are using the AT2 meter, you should decrease the dose when you see a number under 68.
