I have the same question. Do we just look at the first column?Look on this link. There are phosphorus levels here for all food.

If you look at the headings, the 4th column across has the amount of phosphorus/ 100kcals. Look for 200mg phosphorus or less although many people say 250mg phosphorus or less/100kcals is acceptable.I have the same question. Do we just look at the first column?
The Tiki Cat Aloha Friends and After Dark lines have not been added on the catinfo food chart, latest version has 2017 data.
Tanya's CRF website is expected to update the food charts sometime in mid-January 2020. So another week or so. List there for many Tiki foods but the data for the USA canned foods is from 2017 mostly. http://www.felinecrf.org/canned_food_usa.htm
For UK canned food data from Tanya's CRF website is mostly from 2010 with a few from 2012. http://www.felinecrf.org/canned_food_uk.htm

Yup understood your points. My 2 boys have so many conditions that I try to reduce any risks. Din know about this carcinogen in this food before. So you do a risk assessment, long term and short term. Which has more immediate health consequences for your cat, not eating because of the pancreatitis? (risk of hepatic lipidosis). High BG levels? (which over time can do a lot of damage to your cat's organs and may lead to heart disease or other organ failure)? Possible kidney issues from constant dehydration when feeding dry food? Or the possibility of some type of cancer that may or may not happen? Or your cat bleeding internally because they don't have enough vitamin K?
What about all the ingredients in your cat's food? or environmental exposure to chemicals, both in the home and if you let your cat wander outside? or endocrine disruptors?
Pros and cons to all cat food and the food we humans eat. Pros and cons to all the decisions we make, really. Life is about compromises. Nothing is risk free, you do the best you can, for yourself and your cat. ECID.
Burp. Back 'atcha.

Someone responded on my post on fb about the toxic chemicals in tiki cat : Sunflower Seed oil, Choline chloride, Sodium chloride, Sodium senenite, OH NOOOOOOOOOO Vitamin K This is so deadly and has been documented for taking out the KIDNEYS!! So especially ckd cats should NEVER eat anything with synthetic K.
now i’m very confused!
Thanks so much! I’ll look through slowly and check the ingredients. They have so many flavours. Cross checking takes a while. My civvie has IBD so I think I should stay away from sunflower oil.https://www.chewy.com/app/product-question/1139927?productId=132733#ugc-target

Wow u are so knowledgeable. That’s why I luv this forum. Everyone is so helpful and caring.I'd check whatever fancy feast you are feeding...most of them have the Choline Chloride and Menadione. If it hasn't caused any issues yet then...
Anything in higher quantities in dangerous- even water. Too little sun= vitamin D deficiency; too much can lead to cancers. Be cautious and definitely check ingredients, but I wouldn't obsess is all I'm saying.
The Tiki Dark doesn't have the sunflower oil, but does have the vitamin K. I'm not sure it it's in there due to the chicken liver ingredient since it's the liver that would process/ breakdown Vitamin K1 and K3.
Small amounts of sunflower seed oil have been known to help with constipation- but can cause diarrhea if overly used which is why they list GI upset. It is high in Vitamin E and omega 6, but I haven't seen anything listing it as " toxic".
