Omg.. this is why sleep is important
I went to increase this morning and realized that last time I increased, it was by an entire 1/2 unit. Not a 1/4. I don't know what I was thinking... I guess I was following the markings (I make myself a syringe guide for each dose, so can compare).
I only realized this as I was drawing up his insulin after testing and feeding. I didn't know what to do so held the dose that I thought was 1.25 but is actually 1.5. Of course now I'm thinking I should have increased to 1.75, but it's too late for this cycle.
So disappointed.

it feels like he bounces up but never comes back down. Can an increase actually trigger a break?
