Hi there,
Mimi has transitioned from Prozinc to Lantus last week as she wasn't doing well on it, going from extremes of really high to really low all the time despite regular control and dosage adjustment. We've been monitoring her all day and here is her chart. I'm a bit worried about that last number as earlier she was at the lowest point of her blood sugar at +6 after her injection and it's only been 3 hours... She also ate her whole food in one go, which she's only ever done when she was in hypo before. We've given her a bit of honey and are continuing to watch closely.
