? Nelli 8/20 new to nadir under 200 hold dose for 8-10 cycles?

Yes, but you've held it 8 cycles since the N.S. and although it's nice to see those blues, I think it's time to go ahead up to 4.25

They are still "high" blues....we want those nadirs green

I read in TR protocol “hold the dose for at least 8 to 10 cycles if your cat is new to numbers under 200 ...
Thanks for looking at my SS. I know each cat is different which is why I asked ;).
Another question... in the TR protocol forum it states a cat should be at number of units based upon .25 X weight. This would put Nellie at 1.75 units? Is this the ideal which I want her to drop down to in order to stabilize the diabetes? Ultimately of course I want her to be clean from insulin completely; remission!
 
Every kitty will stabilize at a different level. Some stabilize much easier than others depending on possible underlining conditions. That .25 X weight is a good starting point that the vet should use when we first start administering insulin.
