Anytime Chloe gives you a number in the 30's, that's an automatic 0.25 reduction in dose. She gave you a number in the 30's at the May 6th PM cycle. You should have taken the reduction to 0.75 units then. 1 unit is too much insulin now.
That makes more sense. I panic when she's in the 30's, thinking that she's hypo, but now, this morning, she's in the 400's.

okay. Her PM was 258 and I gave her .75.Hey Roberta, you need to reduce her dose as she has gone too low twice now on the 1 unit. I see you shot the 1 unit again this morning since she was so high, that is what we call "shooting through the bounce" Please take the reduction tonight no matter what number you get for her pre-shot number as she has told you that 1 unit is too much for her.
