Good Morning L & L ~

Bubba has come down again. I really think he was major stressed with the nice weather and wanting to be outside. I have decided to let him out the next nice day ( it's raining today) and hang with him a bit. It's been 8 months that he's be grounded.

@HWright , I did try a harness and leash once and Houdini wiggled out of it and ran! I should look for a different kind.

I wish, I would love that but DH all ready has so much on his plate with the outside of our house and he is the type that wants to do it himself. He just rolls his eyes when I ask him. Like this........ :rolleyes:

OT : Momma is hosting a luncheon for friends out of town. Should be fun.
 
Oh, Bobbie , I am familiar with the DH eye roll as well:rolleyes: And like yours , my DH is a sweetheart but at times will say “ you want what ???”:woot: He usually comes around after I put “ honey do” sticky notes on bathroom mirror :)
 
I feel like such a slouch not checking in with all my friend here. It is just so all-absorbing of my time and energy with Gizmo when he isn't well. Nice cycle for Bubba. I hope he allowed you to enjoy your lunch.

I so wanted to train Gizmo on the leash but he would have none of it. I even tried to start him young.

I captured that same link from Amanda. I really don't think Bubba will have anything to do with it. Thinking I will just go out with him to see the "Bubba stuff" he does and he will not be allowed out after dinner as he used to pull all nighters.

Lizzie, no guilt! You have had a lot going on with Gizmo and being worried is very draining. I need to look around tonight and catch up too. Hoping you got some good news.
 
I ended up getting small dog harnesses for both Gordy and Rex. Rex is an odd shape? Idk how, but none of the cat harnesses we tried fit her. She is snug in the one i ended up with, but can snake out in a pickle lol. Gordys is a slightly different style, but similar. I havent seen him get loose... but he hasn't really tried. :rolleyes:
 
Spunky wrestled herself out of the mesh kind. Silly me. But the kind that are small straps she didn’t fuss with...actually it was kinda calming for her. It’s getting to be the kind of weather to see if she’s interested in a “supervised” walk after a long winter.

That video is too, too funny! Girlie likes going on walks now with her little harness, but we have an enclosed backyard that she can no longer jump out of due to her arthritis. I know how hard it is for cats who are used to being able to go outdoors to have to stay in. They don't like it!
