Hier, j'ai lu une discussion très intéressante entre @johnt et son chat Wilbur et @Kris & Teasel - Cardère.

Et comment, il a pris en charge les tests de glycémie et les doses à donner. J'ai constaté que les taux étaient pas mal mais Johnt n'en semble pas content.

Comme les taux de Gomette sont plus hauts, et que chaque chat est différent, j'aimerais bien qu'il y ait un suivi par quelqu'un qui s'y connait bien.

J'ai bien compris ce qu'était la courbe idéale.

@Nan & Amber m' a donné pleins de renseignements, aidée aussi par @Stephanie & Quintus .

Aujourd'hui, je teste, je donne à manger et j'injecte 20 à 30 minutes après.

Les courbes de la journée semblent être correctes. Gomette mange le matin à 7h, à midi et à 19h. Puis un repas vers 23h.

Ensuite, plus rien jusqu'à 7h le lendemain matin.

Sur mon groupe français, @Kailee § Dallas et Stephanie me conseillent de donner la même nourriture du jour pour la nuit.
J'avais déjà expliqué que c'est difficile car j'ai une autre chatte qui pleure si elle n'a pas , elle non plus à manger.

La seule solution serait des gamelles programmables pour chacune.

Se pose le problème des taux d'injection. Est-ce que pour vous, la situation est correcte?

Pouvez vous m'aider au-delà de ce qu'ont déjà fait mes copines du groupe?

Un tuyau: pour "mentionner" quelqu'un, écris "@" et écris (collé) le début de leur nom. Une liste apparaît où tu peux choisir la bonne personne. Si tu veux tu peux modifier ta publication pour identifier ainsi les gens (en bas à gauche de ta publi, "Edit").

Je pense que le noeud est là. C'est très difficile de trouver une certaine stabilité si l'équation "insuline=glucose" n'est pas la même le jour et la nuit. Est-ce qu'il y a une raison pour laquelle tu ne pourrais pas nourrir ton autre minette la nuit également? Tout le monde à la même enseigne! Il y a effectivement la solution des gamelles programmables, soit avec un timer, soit avec une puce.

Mais je pense que si tu arrives à donner la même ration à Gomette lors du cycle de la nuit, ça va beaucoup aider.

A part ça, je trouve que la descente dans le bleu de Gomette la journée est sympa, mais on ne sait pas trop ce qu'elle fait la nuit, surtout qu'elle n'a pas la même quantité de nourriture. (Et je comprends bien qu'il faut dormir...)

Comme je t'ai dit dans le groupe francophone, je pense que même avec Caninsulin il faut chercher dans un premier temps à avoir une dose fixe que tu peux donner matin et soir pendant plusieurs jours, et l'ajuster ensuite si nécessaire, mais éviter de trop varier tout le temps la dose.

I think the knot is there. It is very difficult to find some stability if the equation "insulin = glucose" is not the same day and night. Is there any reason why you could not feed your other cat at night too? Everyone is in the same boat! There is indeed the solution of the programmable bowls, either with a timer or with a chip.

But I think if you can give Gomette the same ration during the night cycle, it'll help a lot.

Oui plus j'avance, mieux je comprends que le problème est là. Je vais essayer de le régler, @Kailee § Dallas m'a donné un modèle de gamelle que je pourrais prendre.
Concernant les doses, c'est là que j'ai un doute. J'aimerais vraiment savoir quoi lui mettre comme dose si je veux que ça se rapproche le matin comme le soir.

Regarding the doses, that's where I have a doubt. I would really like to know what to put to it as a dose if I want it to be closer in the morning as in the evening.
