That 130 is still a normal number, although at the higher end of the normal range. It may be that your kitty's body is just trying to find it's own balance. Some kitties naturally have higher BG's than others.
You may well find that the numbers creep down over time.
However, if they creep
up, you may find that shooting a teensy tiny amount of insulin is helpful in inching the numbers down and securing a strong remission.
So...Jebat 'may' or 'may not' be in remission. Maybe wait another week and see what happens..?
I know the received wisdom here is that a cat is in remission if they go 14 days without insulin in normal numbers. But it doesn't always go quite that smoothly. 'Cats are cats' after all....
Incidentally, my own cat often goes 14 days at a time without insulin these days. But he never quite makes 'remission'. His is a rare case. though.....
