The transfer to raw is slow going. I ended up cooking the bison with some ground beef and just putting it out. Seems like everyone but one is liking it. It took Jones seeing his sister eating eat before he thought he should have a try. So, I have moved from just a bowl hanging out with the cooked stuff as a treat and putting it in their respective feeders. Will give that a few more days then move to cooking it less till it is just being warmed up and slowly just remove the beef.
Still trying to figure out what supplement will be required as a lot of them contain the green lipped mussels which is on his red zone list for allergies. We are on the Carnivora bison whole bison patties. Which is whole carcass meal.
Another topic is the insulin dosage. He seems to be dropping down low and then min-bouncing. His appetite is good overall. I set my phone for a +6 check last night but somehow didn't do that right and even cleared my daily alarm so slept in this morning and gave his shot 15 mins late. I was very curious as to the affect of the pred as that +3 is not normal for the night cycle. I will be testing more often over the week to get that +6.
I am now down to .1u less 4 drops, which at the most is 1-3 drops of insulin with the irregularities of the syringes. So do I just go to a drop, or just keep doing what I am doing and lose another drop after he goes below 90? I am feeling that last bit of prednisolone is really preventing us from going OTJ. My plan was to change his diet to raw and proteins on his green list and then start reducing the medications. Just so I know if there is changes in poop, vomiting, eating I know what I changed.
Other than that, all is going well.
Safe surging every one.

We have quail eggs at my local food store - go figure. $6 bucks for 18 small little eggs.
