Ivana seems to like giving a low blue every now and then, just to keep us on our toes. Mind you, she hadn't eaten all her breakfast this morning and not long after this test she went outside to eat grass, so I'm thinking her tummy might be feeling a bit yuck (which it often does if she hasn't eaten much)
Hubby took HRH to the vet yesterday, and as usual she was the perfect patient. Her creatinine, which was high last visit and was the reason for the retest, was the lowest it's been since her CKD diagnosis, which is fantastic news! Phosphorous is up though (but still not terrible apparently), and BP was 170 which is a little up on last time but still nowhere near as high as before she started on her BP meds. Vet was pleased with her results, and also with her teeth - yes we're still brushing them every night! She's getting used to it, although not liking it of course - but she is starting to ease up with the duck-face so we can better get to her back teeth now.
Here's a collage pic of Ivana not long ago - she'd not long eaten grass so I was expecting her to vomit, but instead she decide to go exploring. She even went through a fence into a paddock, that's the furthest she's *ever* gone from the safety of the house!
