For those who use this food, do you scrape the gel stuff off before feeding?

I use the gel in all foods..it's an aspic that can provide moisture.

We use the gel--mine will lick it until the gel is gone then they walk away

Thanks, I was scraping it off then thought maybe it has some nutrients in it.

I always feed the gel, I believe that yes, it is an aspic-like or jellied meat juice substance.

ETA: I don't feed Ziwipeak - I use the gel in all the other foods I feed!

Murphy won't eat the gel so I hide it underneath the food
