wow you tested a lot. After the +5 I think I would have gone to bed. You must be tired today!
I am looking at his numbers and he could be bouncing still a little from the recent green. Anyway I would give this dose another couple of days to see how it does.

Yes, I wanted to gather data. Well today is starting off fairly well - Yellow PS but +1 drop to Blue .

It's early in the cycle and already seeing a drop. Based on the data I've compiled so far, not sure what kind of BGs I might have to deal with today.Yesterday, his PM BGs only varied about 54mg but in previous recent cycles his BGs have dropped as much +100mg. I could see some greens today - maybe some even very low greens. I'll be monitoring him closely. Please let me know if or when I should feed low numbers.

Get a +2 and see. I am out all day so won't be around much. I will try and pop in but if you need urgent help go to the lantus board and start a new thread with 911.

You'll need to add more rows to your spreadsheet shortly.
If the conditional formatting which color codes the cells doesn't get carried down, use the paint roller icon to select a row where it works, then paint that on to any new rows where it doesn't.

How often should I take his reading? When should I feed? Just gave him 1 tsp LC. I've posted in Lantus group.

Ok at +2.5 he's down to 56 mg/dL
It is feed 1-2 teaspoons of high carb, wait 30 min, re-test, repeat until up in safe numbers.
If he gets into the 40s, I'd probably feed more often, though it won't show up in the test numbers for 30 minutes.
Do you have Karo syrup/honey/high carb gravied foods? You can use the gravy - it'll hit faster.
