Although it does not make as much difference for dry (as compared with canned) is the 0.82 % based on dry matter basis?

I know that when I discussed the same issue with Mr. Massie, the phosphorus issue was sort of vague. I'll have to find the thread from a few months back to remember what was said...
I never got a number that worked like Dr. P's chart.
