Yoshi 11/26 am 426 +2 412

The only thing I can say is just keep increasing every 6 cycles or as close to that as you can. I know working makes it hard sometimes. They recommend if you get to 6 units to get your kitty tested for several things that can make a kitty hard to regulate. I intended to do this, but before I was able to do it, Scooter started earning reducies. Patience is important too ( although very difficult). It has been 22 months since Scooter’s diagnosis. It took seven months for Scooter to earn his first reducie.
I know you’re eager to see your sweet boy in better numbers, but sometimes it just takes time.
Yoshi is giving you some blues and even greens here and there. You are making progress and doing a great job testing, so you know what he’s doing.

Thank you. Your input helps tremendously. I am going to increase to 5.5 tonight per @Wendy&Neko's suggestion as I will be able to monitor Thurs-Sun. He may have seen yellow last night. So a little progress (maybe). I think I will hold off on blood work/checkup until I see how he does on 5.5.

I know this is very unlikely, but if he ever reaches under 200 preshot (AlphaTrack), should I shoot? I am asking because I know many people will be off the board for the holiday.

Good luck with the increase. Those of us not in the US will be around, and so will some of our American friends, maybe just not as much,

If you see a number under 150, stop, do NOT feed, and post for help. Anything above that, shoot. You can still shoot under 150 if circumstances are right and you can monitor. Make sure you have plenty of test strips and high carb food, just in case.

Good luck with the new dose,
