Your chart is awesome. I see now. You switched low doses quite a bit and shot under 150 but with reason.
At the end I was aiming for those high greens at the lowest point. 75-90. I had very few surprises and predicted what it would hit fairly accurately because of all the data. Each preshot I would literally study the past 3-4 days to figure out exactly where each dose would take her. The ya food helped me with that because there were no food induced blood spikes to throw off my numbers.

Janet, I think I saw on another post of yours that you used to give your cat B 12 methyl. I've been giving yoshi zobaline, but his neuropathy is not getting any better (sometimes it's worse). So I ordered the B 12 but then I just realized that zobaline has 3 mg of B12. Are they pretty much the same thing?

Zobaline is b12. It's a different brand. The only difference is zobaline also includes folic acid into the pill. Neuropathy takes sometimes weeks to months to resolve with a combo of the b12 and controlled blood glucose . How long have you been giving the zobaline?

Ps I get so excited every time I look at your spreadsheet.... You are SO headed for remission soon.

About a week after diagnosis, so about a month

Ok.... Well really it's just in the last week that she's been in those low healing numbers, so hopefully you will see progress soon. Do you give the whole pill at once or half in the morning and half in the evening? If one a day I might split it so she doesn't pee it all out and then it's out of her system half the day.

Oops. I give a pill in the am and pm

He's at 134 pmps. Story of my life. I also poked straight through his ear. Testing is not my friend. Suggestions on dose based on this morning's readings and the dose I gave?

Poking through the ear is no biggie. I do it all the time. It's pretty hard to not go all the way through with how thin their ears are. As for dose, it's hard to say since we don't know how he responded to the morning's dose. What do you think?

Ok. I thought so. I also posted in the main health just to see what other people have done. I feel like he's doing so well I just want to be so careful

I don't know. I couldn't be home to test because of Easter, and I want to try to save his ears. I'm thinking if it's bad to just stop then maybe I should give a little. I'm thinking...

We can't stay locked in our houses just to get tests. It's okay to not always have data - I hope that didn't make you feel bad! I'm so so sorry if it did. I didn't mean it that way. I think you can probably either skip or go with the .25 again - I just can't really base advice on anything, and at times like that, I think your mama-sense, and the expertise you've collected over the past couple of weeks, is the best way to make the decision.

Oh no you didn't make me feel bad at all!!

I've been reading some posts from some of the other people that freak out. I do it to learn as much as I can. You guys are always wonderful and matter of fact in a REALLY good, kind way.

I just looked at your spreadsheet for similar numbers. I'm going to give .25. Thank you. I'm always in the throws of a panic attack after the test and immediately post
You can't really go by what other people give.... Cats react differently.... But looking at your chart I think it would get him to around 95-100 and be very safe. If you did 0.5 it would get him down to the 70-90 range.... Which is fine when you are around to steer but a person's gotta sleep.

Oh Id never shoot .5 at this. I was debating skipping or .25. I'm going to go give .25 now. You guys have a great night!
