If we get her there, it would be a third remission.
Her numbers are steady at the moment - 75 is just fine.

Well, then it's important to make it a strong remission.
I wish I knew more so that I could give you good actual advice, but for now, I'll just send wisdom-and-strong-remission-vines so that you take her off the juice at the right time, and not a moment before. Let's make this the final remission

We want a strong remission as well. I know we need to be aggressive with the dosing, and not move too quickly. The under 40 yesterday was an indication that she's ready for a drop in dose, but we don't want to take her off entirely until the numbers are right.
