So my vet called me today-the one that I was so angry with. I had dropped off the results of Basil's curve yesterday, but honestly didn't expect to hear from her.

She told me to get him OJT and to do another curve this weekend and drop it off to her.

I know its early and it may not be long term, but I'm so happy!

Now we just need to get him to like being tested and we're good to go!

:-D

OK... hang on just a wee sec. Not to burst your bubble, but he's not OTJ yet. He is on a trial of no insulin and we are all hopeful, but it hasn't even been a day yet! LOL! He gets the OTJ designation after a week or more of normal BGs without a shot.

So, ANTI-JINX!! We aren't calling it yet! You hear that, universe?? ANTI-JINX!!!

(So what is his PM PS?)

YAY indeed, dear scissorchik, and, especially you, not so sweet Basil!!!!!

:RAHCAT :RAHCAT :RAHCAT

Here's hoping there will be many, many, many more YAYS!!!!!!!

Love and happy hugs for you both,
Deb and Nikki -- and, Giz, forever dancing in my heart...
