Xuxu and Atopica

My vet has called several specialists and they are recommending Atopica. I have been unsuccessful in regulating Xuxu and the problem seems that his DM is secondary, but we haven't found the secondary cause. The last tapes showed him as not having Cushing, but he is cushioned. The specialist is recommending Atopica. In reading up on the internet, it sounds like there could be some serious side effects. I'm wondering if anyone on the list has had experience with side effects. I've done a search on the Board, and only found on reference for anorexia. Is there anyone else that has had experience with Atopica?
 
I just did a Search on the board for Atopica and got back 80 matches. Maybe you can try again, and contact some of those folks who have some experience with it.
 
I did read through most of the posts on Atopica. A majority was just incidental mentions, not specific discussions on it. As I said, the only mention of side effects I saw was anorexia, I'm wondering if there are others in cats.
