@Carl & Polly & Bob (GA) thanks so much for all of what you wrote! It is a lot to think about for sure... but all this input from all of you is sort of coalescing in my head, and helping me understand not only what approach to use next, but more importantly how to think of this disease and how to treat it.
When the nadir happened was never something I gave much thought to (other than wondering when to test so I could know "how low he went". A +14 nadir sounds really complicated!
