Since Sam went in for his dental, the vet and I had a little talk about not being afraid to be more aggressive with his insulin doses. (His numbers have been slightly improved since the dental too.) So this morning, with a AMPS of 287, I shot 2.6. Just checked Sam's +6 and it's 97!!! We haven't had green in AGES. I'm so happy I could cry. I know based on past experience his numbers tomorrow could be completely off again, but for today, I'm taking this as a victory.

Terrific! Be prepared for not great numbers to come, but know that you are going the right way and will get back to good ones, too. But for now, just celebrate! dancing_cat
