Where is Ginny? I need a calming collar....I haven't seen a reading anywhere near this since starting TID. I am very concerned, especially with the recent excessive water intake. I will check her in a couple of hours to see if she is going down. If not.... To the vet we go...

Yikes, could she have gotten into anything contraban? Proper insulin to proper pet? Jealous of Sally and wants more of your attention?

What were her mid cycle tests?, that is if you had time to get some. I don't know how you are doing it all. How low has she been going?

This is essentially a 300 point drop in 3 hours. If it was a bounce, it was the first one in months. I guess, I need to start getting more mid cycle tests. The am dose, was the last of the vial. YES, I used the entire vial!!!! I shot out of a new vial at mid shot.

Looks like a bounce or either the new vial is more potent.

I've wondered what the floaty cloud stuff is in the vial, that mixes when you gently rotate the vial. Could that be the insulin itself?
I'm voicing this out loud (well, in letters) because what if the very last of the vial, and even when getting darn close, means there's very little of the insulin left? That could explain the "bounce".

I know most of you are wine drinkers, but there's a couple beer fans here too. Donna, back me up on this!
You know how no matter how cold the beer is, and no matter how fast you drink it, that last swig is somehow warm and flat? Same concept, Teresa.....last swig of insulin is probably crap too!

I'm sorry you're having trouble with Kitty but I can't resist.... :lol: YOU USED AN ENTIRE VIAL????? What is the world coming to? haha_smiley I was just thinking of you today & all those vials. I just mailed my last vial of ProZinc to someone that needed it & I was wondering if you still had all those partial vials sitting around. If you ever have any you want to get rid of I'm thinking Venita might have a home for it.

I am not liking this, but it is better than the mid cycle preshot. She is still drinking a lot. She ate a whole can of FF after testing, so her appetite is good.
Maybe someone at work slipped Kitty some carbs? I can't wait to write that up on someone's performance review!!!
I am going to attempt to get a +4 test on this cycle. Who needs sleep anyway?!
