For those still following Blackie's progress:

I thought I'd rule out the bad insulin, and when I opened the Solostar pen last night, and gave her the regular dose, she was responding nicely. :) I figured that's probably what it was since her #'s were rising from yesterday's morning instead of going down like they should be doing.

For those that dont' know, Blackie's on Lantus, and not PZI or ProZinc. She was on ProZinc in June, but that didn't work out for her so we put her on Lantus.

in Lantus Land one is applauded for thier BOS, not for the weak of heart or stomach :lol: :lol:

First time EVER that she's given me a fully :mrgreen: day!!! WTG lil girl :-D AND... she played for about 10 minutes today, too!!!

Funny, Lori!!! Unfortunately for me, she didn't give me that magic #, and if she did, I truly missed it. LOL However... She DID play, and she gave me the :mrgreen: s all day, too. :) That I'll take any day! :)

Rob... She was in a :mrgreen: dress all day. LOL :) And her mouse was green, too. :)

yes angela a broken diabetic. have you heard the term. mostly used when someone adopts a diabetic cat, maybe from DCIN and before you know it they break their diabetic cat and are offered a new one. some folks have a couple of broken kitties laying around their house.
it's just a running joke on community.
