Won't eat

Hi, just wondering what you do when your cat won't eat. Tia has been the most normal today since being diagnosed a week ago. But tonight at her 7 o'clock feeding she has no interest. I haven't given her her evening injection because of this. My question is do I inject as soon as she does decide to eat, or skip the injections?

Suggestions to spark appetite:

Mix tuna water with food (from the tuna in water not oil)
chicken baby food (meat only NO onion or garlic)
sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese (the kind you would put on spaghetti)
you can also use FortiFlora (get this from your vet)

For Squeaker I would also try moving down this list:
chill the food
slightly heat the food
