Did you tests her glucose - what is it? (My phone won't open it.)
Smell her breath - is it sweet or like nail polish remover? If yes and glucose is high, and she seems lethargic, she could have ketones. When in doubt, see a vet.
Note that appetite does reduce some when you start getting control of the glucose.
Things to enccourage eating that you might be ble to do now:
15-20 min of active play
Warming food up to baby bottle temp (test on your wrist)
Sprinkled Parmesan cheese
