Which online place accepts PayPal payments for freeze dried treats?

As much as I'm sure that it'll probably raise her #s, I'm considering getting Blackie some, but I would prefer to use my PayPal to pay for them.

Which is better to not raise her #s at all, or hardly at all? (if that makes any sense)

I think you'll just have to check the stores that sell the treats you are looking for and see if PayPal is an option for the checkout. I don't know of any right off the top of my head.

I'm pretty sure I have used PayPal when I bought stuff off of Amazon
