? What is the correct way to inject?

Morning. I saw a post yesterday giving instructions on the correct way to inject. They said to pull the tent of skin as high as you can on the flank and then inject at the base at a 45 degree angle. The question I have is which way? Up into the tent or down into the body?

I would think toward the body since you're creating more space between the skin and muscle. There's also less chance of going in one side and out the other if you are shooting toward your cat's body.

That's what I first thought, but then why tent the skin? Why not just shoot straight into the body?

You pull up the skin to get at the sub q layer, but not the muscle. Here's a demo with Cooper.

Thanks for that. I think I'm doing it right after all. I thought that was the reason why Frankie's numbers are so bad.
