What is a normal reading for a diabetic cat?

I just starting doing my cat with a human meter and the reading was 11 two hours after eating? I am not sure if that is good bad or somewhere in the middle. The vet only said to record readings not what was acceptable. Any help would be appreciated. If it matters the meter is a Contour Next unit.

On a human meter, 4.4-6.6 (that's 80-120 in US numbers – multiplied by 18) is the normal range.
