my cat was super High in the 400’s this morning and then down to 127 at +6.... now she’s 206 at pmps. We are a little over a week into our insulin game and not sure what dose to do now if any? She’s on prozinc!

Yes she just ate. And yes I can test as much as necessary

OK....next time you get a pre-shot you're not sure about, don't feed and retest in about 20-30 minutes. That way we can really know if she's going up on her own (without the influence of food)

The 124 is still a very safe number.....I'd go ahead with the 1.25 tonight and test at +1 and +2 so you can intervene early if necessary.
