Winnie is on 0.75 units of Lantus. She has bounced before but she really bounced today and I'm not sure how much insulin to give her tonight, if any. Her numbers were:
AMPS 97; +2 67 +3.5 24 +4 66 +5 122 +7 351 +9 466
I gave her food and treats after the +2 result and then lots of higher carb canned Friskies after the +3.5 number. Probably should have done that sooner but she's been down to 67 before and I didn't panic till she got to 24. And she's never gone to as high as 466 before. So now I don't know what to do. Not her usual dose obviously, but half that? none at all? Thanks for any advice!!
