What do we do with our sugar kitties while on vacation?

I'm going on vacation for 9 days - Feb 1 - 9th. This will be my first time away from my sugar kitty since she was diagnosed.
What do you do with your sugar kitty while on a 9 day vacation? It wouldn't be feasible to bring her on vacation with me.
