What are low ranges on pet meter.

I know I've looked at this several times some where, not finding it. We're doing a curve, he's at 4.8 (tested twice), but we're only 4 hours in. From what we saw in past curves he doesn't hit his lowest until quite a bit later. I know we're not i danger yet...but think we might be heading for it. Have noticed a change to less energy mid cycle the last couple of days. There's been a lot of changes with him all of a sudden. I know the vet will drop his dose already...this is lower than she wanted him already, and we haven't hit his low yet, but for now we have to make it through today!

Could you please add the insulin you are using to your signature? Interpretation of results depends on both type of insulin and how long it has been since the shot.
