Wellness formula change?

Since we traded in the recalled cans for new cans -- Tiggy's blood sugar has been higher. I can see bits of potato in the new cans of both Chicken and Turkey flavors -- seems like more than there used to be. Waaaahhhhh!


Anyone else notice higher blood sugar from Wellness food lately?
 
I'll keep an eye out and post if I see more potato etc., as we have just started our kitty Shadow on all Wellness and I'm feeding basically the chicken.

hmm I wonder if this is one of the reasons my Tray has been posting higher numbers. I'll have to examine the contents tonight.
 
Any news on the Wellness formula yet? I have been feeding the October cans that were past the recall dates. The company said those were good. My diabetic cat that is OTJ was vomiting and had runny poops yesterday and today. My others seem okay.
 
My cat is newly diagnosed with diabetes but for the past week and a half he was loving the Wellness chicken and now started turning his nose up to it. It's hard to tell why, as he is a cat and they do that sort of thing. I hope it's not b/c of Wellness.
