In case anyone is interested (and I haven't checked Binky's list to see if it is updated) here are the as fed carb counts I received from Wellness cat foods:

Chicken 1.7% Carbs

Chicken & Herring 2.1% Carbs

Turkey 1.6% Carbs

Turkey & Salmon 1.7% Carbs

Sardine Shrimp & Crab 4.3% Carbs

Salmon & Trout 2.8% Carbs

Chicken & Lobster 3.8% Carbs

Beef & Salmon 2.12% Carbs

CORE Canned Cat Foods:

Chicken, Turkey, & Chicken Liver 3.09% Carbs

Salmon, Whitefish, & Herring 4.65% Carbs

Hi Marilyn,

Binky's list calculates carb percentages by % of calories, so you need more than just the carb as-fed numbers to calculate the carb percentage. Here's an explanation of how the numbers are calculated from the as-fed values: http://binkyspage.tripod.com/foodfaq.html.

I would stick with the two updated food charts for Wellness values, as they are still very accurate. The new varieties are not on the charts, so you would need to get complete as-fed information for those ones (Protein, Fat, Carb, Phosphorus, Fiber, Moisture and calories per can), if you want to calculate carbs to feed.
