Squeaky and KT (GA) Member Since 2011 Jan 19, 2019 #2 It's most likely diabetic neuropathy with needs B12. Unless he's tested the potassium level, there's no way to know if it's also low potassium. this is common in diabetics of all kinds not just cats.
