WAYYYY OT - Is there a similar forum for canine diabetes??

Do y'all know of a forum, similar to this one, but for canine diabetes? I've done some searches, but not found any. Our children's pastor's wife just called me to get information about her recently diagnosed dog. She has 3 young children without a lot of money left-over for the dog. I tried to assure her there were ways to cut costs and things she could do at home, along with telling her a little about what we do with Hershey. I don't want to steer her wrong, though. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks, Lyresa - I sent Kim a PM, but I know she's gone to the vet today and don't know when she'll have a minute. I think I'll try to check out the one you mentioned before talking to Tiffany (children's pastor's wife), again.

Thanks, Gayle - I feel like I KNOW this place, so I want to find her a place as nice as this, especially when I know she doesn't have a lot of 'free time' to read and investigate. :YMSIGH: Wish I had more time to help her, but will do what I can.

Thanks, Robin. I checked out one site I was given and apparently, it isn't what it used to be!! :o Had to join to see the content and quickly 'un-joined!'
