Was this a bounce?

Dainty's amps was 256 this morning and when I tested her again at +8 she was 400. Unfortunately I was unable to get pmps for her (somebody we don't know flicked their ear and sent blood flying >__> ) But when I tested her tonight at +5 she was 164.

Hi!
I usually dont answer these type of questions but I will give it a try..
It looks like it could be a possible bounce but it is hard to tell
as we dont have any other numbers to judge it by
If we know how low he went then we could answer better.
I know how hard it can be to try to get numbers and work and take care of family

I think Denise gave you a good response. At first glance, it doesn't appear to be a bounce (bounce=high bg in response to unusually low BG or to a fast drop in BG) but it's hard to say without data. But the numbers are not particularly worrisome.

Your numbers look ok. There is some wonkyness in the beginning with Prozinc, they need some time to get used to how the insulin is working.

I'm really glad to went back to 1 unit.

This is called the "Sugar Dance" in the beginning the dance steps feel akward and clumsy but everyday that you dance with Dainty the steps become more familiar and smoother, testing, feeding, shooting, schedules, one day you and Dainty with be doing a beautiful waltz and your steps will be in unison.

Have a great day.

Robin
