If you have been ordering Azodyl, Probiocin, Pill Pockets, or other items from probioticsmart.com, please do not use them again. They are using a carrier that took eight days in hot weather to deliver my last bottle of Azodyl. It was no good, of course. They promised on Monday to send another bottle by USPS Priority Mail, and I believed them. But I find now that they "forgot" to send it, and now they are planning to send it expedited, to arrive Monday. I will believe it when I see it.

I feel very responsible because I recommended this company so highly to you as the "best source" of these products. It used to be - my previous orders all arrived in less than two days, last time with the cold pack still cold. ProbioticSmart is no longer a good source. If it took their new carrier, DHL, eight days to get a package from Wisconsin to eastern North Dakota (basically, just across Minnesota), I shudder to think how long it would take them to deliver to other parts of the country.
Ragnar is in very poor condition from going without his Azodyl for so long. He is lethargic, terribly thirsty, but his coat still stands up as if he is dehydrated. I will buy a $75 bottle here today if the local vet has it, but last time I lost an order (the mailman put it in a hot mailbox), they didn't have any.
Ragnar will see the doctor tomorrow morning, and we may be able to save him with sub-Q fluids or whatever Dr. Jen can do. But he may die, and ProbioticSmart will be as responsible for that as if they had shot him. He was doing beautifully before this - 16 years old, but so healthy at his last checkup, we had high hopes he would live to be 20.
