Does anyone know if Vetsulin 10ml. Or the test strips for the Vet GlucoGauge are available from anywhere other than my vets office? They want almost $60 for a bottle of the Vesulin and $60 for a bottle of 50 test strips. I'm new to buying all these things and would like to save some money if I can.
Thank you for any help with this!

This the Vet GlucoGauge meter that I use. I need test strips for it and don't want to have to get them from my vet ($60) if I can find them for less somewhere else.

To be honest, you could get a human meter, plus 100 strips and lancets for less than your vet wants for 50 test strips for that meter (the ReliOn Confirm comes in around $16 for the meter, under $5 for lancets and about $36 for 100 test strips). I don't know how readily available those strips are outside of vet offices. The Vetsulin you can probably get for closer to $40 than $60 if you can get your vet to write you a prescription. On a very quick internet search (I'm heading out in a few minutes), Valley Vet looks to have Vetsulin for just under $40 at the moment.

I use the ReliOn Prime from Walmart, strips are $17.88 for 100. Vet wanted me to use a pet meter, I refused due to the high cost of strips.

Vetsulin is widely available on line but your vet will need to give you an RX.

I have paid anywhere from $46 - $54 for Vetsulin, but I believe you can get it cheaper online, just google Vetsulin and it should give you places that sell it. As far as the meter goes, your best bet is probably to buy a human meter, the test strips are MUCH less expensive!

I just paid $175 for this new meter set from the vet. I can't afford to not use it right now.
Thank you for the suggestion about the Vetsulin.

Yeah, my old vet got me to buy an Alphatrak from them, big $$ (but still not as much as your was!), and very expensive test strips. I used it on and off until I ran out of test strips for it, but I love my human meter. $15-$16 at Walmart, and well-worth the investment!

I just did a quick search online for Gluco Gauge and I don't think you can get it or it's supplies from anywhere except a vet. :(

Never heard of that meter. I initially got the AT meter recommended by vet he even told me online would be cheaper than buying from him. What did I know at the time. I just switched to human now that I realize how much you go through strips. The AT is my back up.
