I just saw your post! eeeks, I am behind. Wanted to share via post that I have found a new vet in Grapevine. He has not seen Bean but has managed to see the other 2. So far, he is great. I did ask how they felt about diabeties and about home testing before taking any of them there.

I'm not quite sure where you are in the metroplex, but I used Hebron Cat Hospital (www.hebroncats.com). She was very easy to work with.
I had to leave Cat Hospital of Coppell (formerly of Las Colinas) over Boo's diabetes.
Dr. Dees at Riverchase Animal Hospital (www.RiverChaseAnimalHospital.com) recommends home testing and was interested in knowing more about the TR protocol, so she could be an option.
