Vet test results

I finally got Chances vet records. He was diagnosed on April 4th/2021 I got a monitor 3 days ago now, and ever since I have been able to test his levels have been good! I just want to post his levels from the vets and see what you guys have to say about them. I know it’s possible stress made his BGL high for the blood test, but could stress also make it so there is glucose in his urine?
His blood test showed- 18.66mmol/L
His urine showed- 1000 for glucose in the urine

I'll tag @Wendy&Neko for you to see if she can stop by when she can and see the lab values (blood test showed- 18.66mmol/L, urine showed- 1000 for glucose)

18.6 (365 to the Americans) is quite high for just vet stress. You previous post also mentioned an infection I think or something causing blood in the urine. That can also contribute to higher numbers.
