Vet Recommendation in CT or MA?

Hi there - I was wondering if anybody had a good vet recommendation for a newly diagnosed kitty in Central/Eastern CT, or even Western MA. Willing to drive a little extra for the right vet - someone experienced with home testing and proper management. Thank you in advance!
