Hello everyone. I have a cat that was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes recently and have bought the Vet GlucoGauge Blood Glucose Monitoring System for Cats & Dogs by Covetrus through my vet. I was curious if anyone else had used this meter and what their thoughts were. So far it seems to work well, but I haven't been able to find any reviews or anything about other folks experiences.

    Any thoughts?

I do not recall anyone here posting about that meter except maybe one over a year ago. The cost of strips ($35/50 strips) is better than strips for the Alpha Trak. However, most of use here use a human meter and Walmart's Relion Prime and Premire are very popular and strips cost less than 1/2 of the meter/strips you referenced.
