It has potato starch in the top ingredients..how does that relate to carbs?
Verus has new canned food..looks good..but

Which canned variety are you looking at? Some contain rice flour, others contain potato starch. Both add some amount of carbs to the food. I know that some cats are sensitive to potato starch while others are not. You'll have to test your cat's bgs after a meal of the Verus food to see if the potato starch or rice flour causes a bg spike.
