MARCUS is doing very well these past few days. We are feeding am with shot, snack between 12:00 and 2:00 feed with evening shot and then snack before bed.

This am we went from 1.25 to 1.0 I don't want to jinx him. Was this a good move?

If I am reading the spread sheet right, he seems to dip lower at night, as well as at 4-6 hours after shot.

I just want him to be stable so I am worried about changing doses too much but I felt like the lower numbers warranted it.

If he stays stable, do I just keep him there without fluctuating too much ?

How long before I know if he is "stable".

When you reduce depends on which method you use. With SLGS a reduction should have been taken as he dropped under 90. A second reduction so soon was not. With TR you would reduce with drops under 68. Please read the yellow and decide on which you want to follow. stickies

I want to follow TR... I feel terrible. What do I do now ?? DO I GO BACK to 1.25 for tonight or stay with the 1.0

First take a deep breath. Marcus is looking GREAT! Let’s see how this cycle goes. Post his PMPS tonight and ask for dosing advice. Add TR to your signature please.

As to how to keep him from fluctuating, I wish I had the magic bullet. Many cats bounce around a lot until they get used to more normal numbers. Max bounced for a whole year and didn’t hold reductions. It’s part of the dance.
